A highly customized, robust, and ongoing community program that strategically connects members based upon similar expertise and priorities - fostering mutually beneficial business relationships designed to support members’ current and short & long-term project initiatives, skills development, and career objectives.

• Upon joining the IA FORUM - new members receive 20+ Member 1:1 Introductions
• Additionally, anytime a new member joins and said new member makes sense to be introduced to a current member - the two (2) members are introduced to each other

Program Value & Ethos

This community program is very popular with members - as all members clearly recognize the value of this program that’s designed to help them expand their professional network with highly relevant and strategic business connections and allies.

Nevertheless, the IA FORUM has well-established community networking ethos in place - to ensure the program remains a highly valuable community program, which includes:

• All members are highly encouraged to participate in the 1:1 Member Introductions & Matchmaking program
• When two (2) members are introduced to each other - both members understand that they should take the initiative to schedule a quick phone or video call with each other, to take place within the next 2 - 4 weeks

Peer Partnerships - Up to 4 per year, as 3-months virtual Program Rounds

This program is designed to give members something rarely available in their everyday work lives - a structured, confidential, and tangible opportunity to think, learn, and problem-solve with peers outside their organization that truly understand their day-to-day work world. The program connects members with industry peers that operate at similar levels of leadership, organizational scope, and strategic responsibility. Each 3-months virtual Program Round pairs two (2) members whose roles, challenges, and focus areas complement each other - ensuring that every partnership is relevant and valuable.

Mentorships - Up to 4 per year, as 3-months virtual Program Rounds

This program is designed to connect members with senior-level executives that bring deeper experience, broader organizational perspective, and proven expertise across technology, transformation, and professional development. Each 3-months virtual Program Round pairs one (1) senior-level executive member with a mentee whose goals, challenges, and career priorities would benefit from the mentor’s insight - ensuring that every mentorship is relevant, constructive, and purpose-driven.

Virtual Networking & Content-Centric Events - 100+ virtual events annually 

All virtual events are designed to be highly collaborative, engaging, interactive & welcoming - and are structured to enable members - regardless of their career seniority - to freely network, collaborate & benchmark with each other.
