The IA FORUM is proud to have a very robust and customized new member onboarding process - to enable new members to feel very welcomed and part of the community immediately upon joining.

New Member Onboarding Experience

The IA FORUM's robust, highly personalized new member onboarding experience is designed to help new members immediately integrate into the community and begin engaging with the community's members, content, events, and the various community collaboration opportunities.

Onboarding Projects

Once membership registration and payment are completed - the below projects are completed within 1 - 3 business days.

  • Welcome Letter: You’ll immediately receive a Welcome Letter email - which goes over how to set up your IA FORUM online account and portal; learn about and register for events; access the IA FORUM’s internal and external insights, content, event videos & PPTs; and the full YouTube Channel.
  • LinkedIn IA FORUM NEW Member Postcard & Post Announcement: The IA FORUM will create a visually appealing digital postcard and enticing new member announcement post that highlights your professional background and welcomes you to the IA FORUM. Your digital postcard & post will be shared on the IA FORUM’s various LinkedIn accounts. You’ll also receive a copy so you can share on your LinkedIn account.
  • Member 1:1 Introductions & Matchmaking: You’ll immediately receive 25+ member 1:1 introductions - with peers that are carefully selected to become high-value, strategic, intimate, and long-term professional relationships rather than superficial "fluff" networking connections - via LinkedIn 1:1 Group Chat Rooms.
  • Introduction to LOCAL Members: You’ll be introduced to members that live near you - via the IA FORUM LinkedIn LOCAL Members’ Group Chat Rooms.
  • Added to the IA FORUM Website, and/or the IA FORUM Magazine Website(s): If you decide to be an Advisory Board member, your information and PIC will be added to the IA FORUM website, and/or IA FORUM Magazine Advisory Board page(s) that correspond with the Advisory Board you joined.
  • IA FORUM LinkedIn Private Groups: Your account will be set up so you can immediately start engaging with the other IA FORUM community members - via the two (2) IA FORUM private LinkedIn Groups.
  • You Can Immediately Start Speaking On & Attending Events: You’ll immediately be able to speak on and attend IA FORUM events.
  • Publishing in the IA FORUM Magazine: You’ll immediately be able to submit content to be published in the IA FORUM Magazine.
