She also oversees the IA FORUM's membership evaluation and community curation process. Additionally, Jules spearheads, executes, and manages all aspects of the IA FORUM's vision, member programs, branding, marketing, content, events, publishing, design initiatives, member experience, and community operations - taking full end-to-end ownership of the community she founded and ensuring it consistently delivers exceptional value to the U.S. & global enterprise C-Suite and senior-level technology and business executives it serves. For more than 10-years, she has worked closely with U.S. & global enterprise C-Suites and senior-level executives across AI, intelligent automation, technology, operational excellence, and digital & business transformation. Furthermore, Jules brings over 30-years of experience as a community builder, in-person large-scale conference producer, content producer, and multi-media producer.
