The IA FORUM provides its members with access to 70+ highly interactive, member-driven virtual events annually - focused on real-world enterprise artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent automation (IA), technology, and digital & business transformation challenges, solutions, and execution.
Additionally, IA FORUM members have opportunities to participate in local, in-person social and activity-based events in select U.S. & global locations where there is a high concentration of members - with additional local member groups expanding over time as the IA FORUM community continues to grow.
Member Speaking Opportunities
All members are highly encouraged to speak on IA FORUM virtual events - with unlimited opportunities to do so, when aligned to their availability, areas of expertise, and interests.
Speaking on events is not limited to a select group – it’s a core part of the community experience, enabling members to share their experiences and expertise, enhance their thought leadership exposure, and contribute directly to high-value peer discussions and collaboration.
Hosting Local Social & Activity-Based Events
IA FORUM members have the opportunity to serve as hosts for local, in-person social and activity-based events - taking on visible, leadership-oriented roles within their regional member communities.
Hosting local events is not limited to a select group - it’s an extension of the community experience, enabling members to expand their network, increase their visibility within the IA FORUM, and build stronger, more meaningful relationships with fellow members through in-person engagement.
Event Objectives & Outcomes
IA FORUM virtual events are designed to directly support members’ current and evolving enterprise initiatives - while strengthening both their immediate business impact and long-term career trajectory. Members engage to exchange real-world insights, benchmark strategies and delivery models, assess technologies and execution approaches, and collaborate to solve real-world enterprise challenges - strengthening their positioning and value within their organizations, enhancing their job market value, and accelerating their short- and long-term career trajectories.
Event Structure & Experience
Every IA FORUM virtual event is intentionally designed to be highly interactive, discussion-driven, and participation-focused - enabling members to challenge thinking, share perspectives, collectively problem-solve, and benchmark with their enterprise peers outside their organization.

Event Schedule Designed for Members’ Busy Work Schedules
IA FORUM virtual events take place between 3:00pm EST - 8:00pm EST - thoughtfully aligned to members’ local time zones - to enable consistent participation without disrupting their demanding workdays.
Attend Events Live or Access Event Videos “On-Demand”
Members are encouraged to attend events live to fully engage in the community’s real-time discussions, collaborations, and peer interactions. However, when live attendance isn’t possible due to professional or personal scheduling conflicts, members can always access the event videos “On-Demand” - ensuring they never miss critical insights, discussions, or learnings.
