Collectively Driving Digital Transformation Excellence

"WOMEN IN TECHNOLOGY" COMMUNITY

The IA FORUM "Women In Technology" community consists of female C-Suites, senior-level executives, accomplished professionals, and rising stars across intelligent automation (IA), AI, technology, CoE, GBS, shared services, and functional areas leading digital or business transformation - as well as female executives within the overall digital transformation ecosystem - including a wide range of technology practitioners and functional area leaders driving digital transformation to enhance operational performance.

Every month the IA FORUM also hosts a "Women In Technology" Roundtable Discussion & Networking Huddle virtual event, which is open to ALL fabulous women in the technology space, to include IA FORUM members and NON-members, from all areas and stages of their technology careers.

The "Women in Technology" membership includes year-round opportunities to attend 120+ virtual and in-person events annually; benchmark, collaborate, and network with your direct and enterprise-wide peers - so to obtain highly valuable peer-to-peer and industry insights; enhance your skill sets; and expand your professional network and “personal brand” exposure.

Additionally, the “Women In Technology” sub-community of the IA FORUM brings together female senior-level technology professionals for peer-to-peer conversations about the realities of leadership in a male-dominated industry.  It offers a space to exchange lessons learned, share strategies, and speak openly about the pressures, biases, and barriers that persist - while exploring how women are rewriting the rules, mentoring others, and leading with power and authenticity.

The IA FORUM is not another training library or collection of static webinars and content - it’s a peer-to-peer global community where senior-level technology leaders openly share use cases, best practices, and lessons learned from real-world technology and digital & business transformation initiatives. Members gain practical, actionable insights and external perspectives they can’t get from internal resources, free communities, or YouTube. This collaborative knowledge-sharing and benchmarking helps members to better address their day-to-day project challenges while accelerating their organization’s technology and digital & business transformation objectives.

That said, the IA FORUM Isn’t Just a Professional Community - It’s a Strategic Asset for Future-Proofing Your Career

The community provides its members with the opportunity to potentially attend 120+ highly engaging, interactive & collaborative virtual and in-person events annually - and the community’s robust Slack workspace provides members with 24/7, instant, mobile-friendly opportunities to stay connected with the community and its global members - to network, benchmark, and collaborate with their peers; obtain highly valuable peer-to-peer and industry insights/content; enhance their skill sets; and expand their professional network - anytime, anywhere.
