The IA FORUM (IA = intelligent automation) community consists of global C-Suites, senior-level executives, accomplished professionals, and rising stars across the intelligent automation (IA), artificial intelligence (AI), technology, CoE, GBS, shared services, and digital & business transformation fields - and functional area leaders utilizing automation and technology to enhance their functional area operations - from such organizations as the FBI, Meta, Amazon, CIA, Walmart, Google, Citi, Microsoft, NASA, McDonald’s, DuPont, Visa, Procter & Gamble, and much more.

The IA FORUM is a trusted hub where community members can enhance their thought leadership positioning within the community and externally - as well as benchmark, collaborate, and network with other senior-level executives spearheading a wide array of technology, digital & business transformation, and functional area initiatives - in turn enabling them to optimize their market value and drive innovation and enhanced business impact back into their organizations.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide our members with a wide array of virtual and in-person events, highly valuable member and industry content & insights, and benchmarking and networking opportunities designed to support them, their teams, and organizations throughout their technology and digital & business transformation journeys. As a community, we're also highly dedicated to offering support programs to our members that may find themself “in transition”, empowering them as they navigate new jobs or career paths.

What We Do
